Pre-purchase check and inspection

The core rule of every deal we do also works as a standalone service: the car is checked before payment. The check has two parts. First, the history: VIN report, service records, legal status, liens and restrictions. Second, the physical inspection at the seller’s premises: technical condition, repair traces, specification match, paint thickness — with photo evidence for every point. The inspection is done by whoever is closest to the car: a VIPCAR.International office or a resident partner — in Ukraine, any European country, the USA, Japan or the UAE. You receive a report with photos and a verdict: buy, negotiate or walk away. The service is available separately from a purchase — including for cars you found yourself.
