For rare examples the seller’s terms are disclosed to qualified buyers. After a short identification you receive the price and full details.

Yes — that is the core work of the off-market desk: search across closed databases and collections.
Is the mandate a risk?
No, the mandate is refundable and credited against the commission at the deal.
